Now is the time! Join us for this Beginner Poi Moves Class designed for those who are new to the art of poi spinning and begin your journey into this amazing and inspiring practice.
Classes meet for 80 minutes each week and are taught at the 2 time Best of the Bay Best Dance Studio Winner, Temple of Poi in a structured class room setting. Classes are intimate (8 or fewer students) and focused on you having a your own journey, starting from a place of judgment free experience and conscious focus on empowering you through this journey toward your center. Poi is the metaphor and the journey is the teacher, so join us now for these beginner session:
