What is a westival you ask? It is a combination of a wedding and a music festival. Two people that love music as much as we do need a marriage celebration that is extraordinary, memorable, and of course showcases local music talent and performance. We are not looking for a wedding band. We are seeking musicians to play in an all day music festival that will be held the day after our wedding. We are also seeking performers, including hoopers, and poi or staff spinners to perform during the day.

We have rented a beautiful ranch near Mendocino as our blank canvas. The wedding itself will be held on Saturday, September 5. But on Sunday, September 6, we are opening up the ranch for a music and performance festival to celebrate local talent. The ranch is inland, so the weather will be sunny and warm.

We are seeking bands and DJ's who are willing to play on in amazingly beautiful natural setting, next to a lake, with travel, food, and lodging covered. We are paying for the whole event ourselves, so we are looking to the bay area music community to help us out and join in the celebration.
